Monroe County Residents Prepare for Busy Primary Election Season

As July 27 approaches, candidates will begin filing for nonpartisan positions in Monroe County. The Perry Township Trustee Rhinehart race is one of many local elections that will take place alongside state and national contests on the November ballot. In addition to these local races, voters will also have the opportunity to cast their ballots for three statewide offices: secretary of state, state treasurer, and state auditor.

One notable aspect of this year's election season is the crowded primary races in Monroe County.
